The product characteristics, quantity, unit price, discounts, taxes, delivery charge and total price shown immediately before confirmation form an integral part of this document. Dynamic product prices are based on the displayed gold rate, metal/weight and workmanship; fixed-price products are identified by their displayed final price.
The active payment method is Bank Transfer / EFT. Current Bank Transfer / EFT details are displayed at the payment step and in the order record. The order-specific payment reference must be included in the transfer description. The order is recorded as “awaiting payment” until the transfer is matched with its reference and the required controls are completed. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after order approval; weekends are excluded. Any product-specific period is shown before the order is placed. Delivery is limited to Türkiye.
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days from delivery, or before delivery, without giving a reason. A clear statement through the account return flow or the published email is sufficient and online submissions are confirmed immediately. Unless the seller offers collection, the product must be sent within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is directed—not from seller approval. Where the statutory minimum is shorter, this period is a consumer-favourable contractual extension granted by the seller.
After the withdrawal notice is received, return instructions are sent through the registered contact channel. Return address: Çağlayan Mah. Vatan Cad. No:41/A, Kağıthane/İstanbul. If no return carrier is specified in the preliminary information, no return-shipping charge is requested from the consumer. Return costs for defective goods are borne by the Seller.
Using the product only as reasonably necessary to examine its nature, operation and technical characteristics does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. The consumer may be liable for demonstrable diminished value caused by use beyond that examination.
When the designated carrier is used, collected payments, including standard initial delivery cost where applicable, are refunded within 14 days from handover to that carrier. With another carrier, the period begins when the product reaches the seller. Refund is made once, without consumer cost, through the original payment method where technically possible.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Seller, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets outside the Seller’s control, including dynamically priced gold, precious-metal and jewellery products, or to goods made or personalised to the consumer’s specifications. The applicable status is determined by the product’s actual pricing and production characteristics. Any additional return opportunity expressly offered by the Seller remains valid.
Statutory rights for defective goods—including termination, price reduction, free repair or replacement where applicable—remain unaffected. Return shipping for defective goods is borne by the Seller.
Statutory defective-goods rights apply to every product under the applicable legislation. A separate commercial or manufacturer warranty, complimentary maintenance, exchange or service commitment applies only where it is expressly stated in the relevant product or order information; the absence of such an additional commitment does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
An e-Archive invoice is issued in accordance with the applicable tax rules and is provided with the order in printed or electronic form.
For an order request of TRY 185,000 or more, connected transactions reaching that amount, or any transaction regarded as suspicious regardless of amount, the Seller requests the identity information and supporting documents required by the applicable customer-identification rules. The order request may be recorded, but the transaction is not approved or completed and the product is not prepared or dispatched until identification and verification are completed. If identification cannot be completed, the requested transaction is not carried out; any amount already received is returned through the appropriate payment channel. Suspicious transaction reporting and related reviews are confidential.
For 2026, disputes below TRY 186,000 fall within the monetary jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees; the exact threshold amount is not included in “below”. Applications may be made at the consumer’s residence or the place of the consumer transaction. Other disputes follow mandatory mediation and consumer-court rules where applicable.
The Seller retains the versioned, order-specific text accepted during ordering and provides it to the Buyer through a durable medium.
This form is completed and sent only if the right of withdrawal is used. Using it is not mandatory; a clear withdrawal statement made by any means is equally valid.
